Wow, 40 day fast is the first time I ever do in my life.. And because it is not for Tom, Dick, Harry, but it is for God. I decided to do this. :D.. Though it seems quite difficult. But I will persevere. :D

Being a leader was never kind of my thing. Me?? Andrew?? Leader?? hahas.. I am usually the follower. Good follower. I hardly lead.. In fact, I nvr thought that I could be a leader in the future.. But one day I was wondering, in this world, a follower can never really accomplish greatness in life, you cannot really make it big.But i have been a follower for like 17 years, to be a leader, to be able to lead. Wont it be quite hard?? Of course I do not have what it takes to lead, confident to lead the team. Motivate them, give them the assurance that everything will be alright, has that talent, charisma of being a leader. hahas..

But at times, I guess God gave me opportunities to be a leader, to act as a leader, to train myself to be a leader. During Ngee Ann Electrical Engineering Camp. and others I guess.. But glad was I satisfied with myself. Though i know I was not the kind of leader I aspire to be. That kind of clam and yet people respect you. Not the fierce kind of person which made others hate you. I wasnt the fierce person, I am not that type that will scold others. hahas.

Now i know why there is a need for A leader. To move this team together in one direction. When no ones is a leader, when no one is really helping this group to get things started. This is when I have no choice but to step up. I admit I am not a good leader, but aspiring to be.. :D.. God, give me power, confident to be the kind of leader I wanna be.. :D

its hard when people dont cooperate. Not doing things according to plan. And I will have to do these things by myself. :(.. I wont let you pull my module grade down, even if I have to work harder. Give in more effort for this project, I will do!! I really wanna do well for this module... But last Monday, Incredible things happen to our group. We have this presentation. which no one prepares. Including me.. So we just present. I dint expect much from my team mates and myself for this presentation. But after the presentation, teacher just said, he like the presentation. And say we did a good job explaining and doing the slides. My heart just go wow.. Everything was worth it.. Working extra hard was worth it. And we were the only group that got A. :D.. And I suddenly felt that God did something about this, I see my team mates in a different way.. Wow, those negative points were actually positive things in a way. Guess there is hope for this group, I hope we will continue well. :D. God Bless.. :D
